You know something needs to change. You just don’t know how.

Perhaps you’ve been trying to work things out for a long time.

You’ve thought about it. Talked about it. Tried different things. Told yourself that this time will be different.

And yet somehow you find yourself back in the same place.

The same thoughts.
The same feelings.
The same relationship difficulties.
The same reactions.
The same patterns.

After a while, that can leave you feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or even panicked.

You can’t see your way out.

And yet, somewhere underneath all of that, there may still be a quiet sense that things could be different.

That you haven’t exhausted every possibility.

That the way you feel today doesn’t have to be the way you feel forever.

That’s where therapy can begin.

Not with having all the answers.

But with the possibility that there may be another way forward.

[Let’s talk]

Do you feel as though you’re stuck in a loop?

The circumstances may be different, but perhaps you recognise the feeling.

Anxiety & Overthinking
I keep going over everything, but I still can’t find an answer.

Stress & Overwhelm
There’s so much going on that I don’t know where to start.

Relationships
I keep finding myself in the same situations with different people.

People-Pleasing & Boundaries
I know I need to say no, but somehow I keep saying yes.

Self-Worth & Confidence
No matter what I achieve, I still don’t quite feel good enough.

Trauma, Grief & the Past
I thought I’d dealt with it, so why is it still affecting me?

Pregnancy, Birth & Parenthood
This has brought up feelings I wasn’t expecting and I don’t know what to do with them.

You may recognise yourself in one of these, several of them, or none of them exactly.

You don’t need to diagnose yourself before coming to therapy.

We can begin with where you feel stuck.

[See how I can help]

If you’ve tried before, it doesn’t mean you can’t change

Sometimes we keep trying to solve a problem from the same place in which the problem was created.

We think harder.

Try harder.

Promise ourselves we’ll behave differently next time.

But many of our emotional responses and patterns aren’t driven by conscious thought alone.

They may have been learnt through experience and reinforced over many years — emotionally, psychologically and within the body.

That’s why you can know something isn’t helping you and still find yourself doing it.

My work isn’t simply about helping you understand why you are stuck.

It’s about discovering what keeps taking you back there — and what might finally help you move forward.

I Can Change isn’t a demand.

It’s a possibility.

Hello, I’m Sherine

I’m an accredited psychotherapist with a background in nursing, midwifery, neuroscience and mind-body therapies.

I don’t believe in squeezing people into a particular therapeutic method.

I want to understand you — what has happened, how it has affected you and what you would like to be different.

Then we work out the way forward together.

[A little more about me]

Feel more like yourself again

You don’t need the right words.

You don’t need to know which therapy you need.

And you don’t have to wait for a crisis.

If something on this page has made you think “That’s me”, perhaps that’s enough of a reason to have a conversation.
